Add/Edit a Company
On the File menu, go to add new company, or choose a company you have already entered.
Company information.
A company information screen will appear. This screen will require you to enter you clients or your company's information.
Census page
Here is where you can enter your census information. You can enter 1- 50 employees. To add an employee simply click add, then enter employees name, age, family status, # of children, and sex. After you have entered all the employees, you may proceed to the next screen. You will always be allowed to access this information again, for any changes in the census data, etc.
Additional Information
On this screen it is important that you make sure your name shows you as the agent. It has the correct monthly premium, and you have selected the correct month to quote. This page is the main page on the reports that will populate for you and your clients. This information is essential to your final report and information on it. Hit done!

Overview of Information
Here you are given the chance to modify any information in the database. Simply click on the menu bar on the screen to go forward or backward to the desired screen. After you have checked you work, you can proceed to the reports section of the software.
